What is the location of the After Hours clinic for Sweetgrass Pediatrics?
After Hours will be held only at the North Charleston office:
2713 Dantzler Drive, North Charleston, SC 29406.
This office is our most centrally located facility and will provide the best access for all of our patients.
How do I schedule an After Hours appointment?
Any office can schedule an appointment for After Hours during normal daytime operating hours. While the After Hours clinic is open, you may call any office and you will have the option to schedule an appointment. When After Hours is closed, you will still have the option to obtain medical advice from our Pediatric Nurses through our triage service.
What if I want to schedule an appointment for After Hours in advance?
The schedule for the providers will be filled by first available appointments throughout the day. After Hours purpose is to provide care for patients that become ill later in the day in an attempt to avoid evening ER or urgent care visits.
Can I walk-in and be seen?
If you have not scheduled an appointment, you will be given an appointment time when available.
Can I schedule a routine visit during After Hours?
At this time, we are reserving our After Hours appointments for newborns and sick visits that can not wait until normal business hours.
Who will be working at After Hours?
Our current providers at Sweetgrass Pediatrics will be providing care at After Hours.
