Dr. Colleen Boylston
Dr. Colleen Boylston attended the College of Charleston undergraduate and Creighton University School of Medicine. She trained in pediatrics at MUSC and is the founder and owner of Sweetgrass Pediatrics. She spends her time off with her four children Madeleine, Joseph, Samuel, Jillian "Poppy" and her husband David.
Dr. Mohammed Al Gadban
Dr. Mohammed Al Gadban was born and raised in Baghdad, Iraq. He received his medical degree from the University of Al Mustansiriyah, Baghdad, Iraq. He worked as a Senior House Officer at several of the Iraqi Ministry of Health teaching hospitals. He finished 2 years of training in General Surgery under the Arab Board of General Specializations at several of the Jordanian Ministry of Health teaching hospitals.
Dr. Sarah Bolen
Dr. Sarah Bolen attended Clemson University for her undergraduate studies. She completed her medical school training at the Medical University of South Carolina and pediatric residency at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital in Winston-Salem, NC. Prior to moving back to Charleston, she worked at a pediatric practice in Lexington, NC for two years.
Dr. Tory Caudle
Dr. Tory Caudle attended Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana. She completed her pediatric residency training at Children’s Hospital of Michigan in Detroit, Michigan. While in Indiana, Dr. Caudle enjoyed speaking at local high schools and middle schools about the importance of education in the medical field.
In her spare time, Dr. Caudle enjoys traveling, reading, working out and shopping.
Dr. Caitlin Cojocaru
Dr. Caitlin Cojocaru attended the College of Charleston for her undergraduate studies. She completed her medical school training and pediatrics residency at the Medical University of South Carolina.
In her spare time Dr. Cojocaru and her husband, Razvan, love spending time their dogs Cheema and Rudy. She also enjoys yoga, traveling, gardening and paddle boarding.
Dr. Dino Copses
Dr. Dino Copses completed his pediatric residency and medical school training at the Medical University of South Carolina. His wife Meg teaches English and Creative Writing at the College of Charleston. They have two children, Olive and Pano Luca.
Dr. Sumita Debroy
Dr. Sumita Debroy was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. She attended the University for undergraduate studies as well as medical school residency. Dr. Debroy is married to Dr. Ron Banik, who is a dentist with Carolina Family Dentistry. They have a son, Narendra "Neil".
Dr. Amy Dietrich
Dr. Amy Dietrich grew up in a large family in St. Louis, Missouri. She attended the University of Notre Dame for her undergraduate studies and continued on at St. Louis University School of Medicine.
Dr. Farrow DuRant
Dr. Farrow DuRant grew up in Greenville, SC. She attended Wofford College for her undergraduate studies, and University of South Carolina School of Medicine for medical school. She completed her residency training at LSU New Orleans, where she served as Chief Resident. She is married to Robert and they have three children Harriet, Reese, and Counts.
Dr. Morgan Glass
Dr. Morgan Glass grew up in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. She attended the College of Charleston for her undergraduate studies and then attended medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina. She also completed her residency in Pediatrics at the Medical University of South Carolina. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Robert, and son, Garrison. Additionally, she is an avid shopper and loves going to the beach.
Dr. Kate Herwig
Dr. Kate Herwig was born and raised in a suburb of Minneapolis, MN with her two younger sisters and her parents. She attended Macalester College in St. Paul where she studied biology, Spanish, and played NCAA basketball. She then spent a year doing research at the University of Minnesota Cancer Center before moving to Philadelphia, PA to attend medical school at Drexel University College of Medicine.
Dr. Emily Johnson
Dr. Emily Johnson attended University of Louisville for her undergraduate studies. She completed her medical training and pediatric residency at University of Louisville School of Medicine. She has participated in many professional volunteer and service activities. Outside of work, Dr. Johnson enjoys walking her dog Clio, playing golf, yoga, traveling, University of Kentucky and Cincinnati Bengals football and Chicago Cubs baseball.
Dr. Casey King
Dr. Casey King attended Clemson University for undergraduate studies. She went on to earn her Master's Degree from the Citadel in psychology. Dr. King completed medical school training and pediatric residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. She and her husband, Will, are both from the Charleston area and have two children Whitfield and Miller.
Dr. Lisa Lopez
Dr. Lopez attended medical school at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. She completed her pediatric residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Lopez and her husband have two children, Diego and Emilio.
Dr. Benjamin "Benjie" Rodgers
Dr. Benjamin Rodgers was raised in Moncks Corner. He attended Clemson University prior to graduating from the Medical University of South Carolina. He completed his pediatrics residency at the sixth largest children’s hospital in the country, Arkansas Children’s Hospital. While in Little Rock, he met his future wife, Kelly Rodgers.

Dr. Kelly Rodgers grew up in Powder Springs, GA. She attended Berry College prior to graduating from the Medical College of Georgia. She completed her pediatric residency at the sixth largest children's hospital in the country, Arkansas Children's Hospital. She remained on staff at ACH while her husband completed his residency.
Dr. Shilpa Shah
Dr. Shilpa Shah grew up in Anderson, SC and attended the University of South Carolina for her undergraduate studies. Dr. Shah completed her medical school training and pediatric residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Shah is married to Dr. Rahul Gupta, a local optometrist in Charleston. They have 2 children, Ayan and Sania.
Dr. Molly Slade
Dr. Molly Slade was born and raised in Atlanta, Ga. She then moved to Charleston to complete her undergraduate training at the College of Charleston. She completed her medical school training at the Medical University of South Carolina. She continued on with her residency training at MUSC where she served as Chief Resident. Molly and her husband, Hart, have a son and a sweet dog named Maggie.
Dr. Christina Tripp
Dr. Tripp is a graduate of Columbia College of South Carolina. She attended medical school at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. Following medical school, Dr. Tripp completed her residency at Mercer University School of Medicine. Dr. Tripp is married to her husband, Sam, who is a nurse anesthetist. They have three children, Annabelle Grace, Luke and Colin. Dr. Tripp enjoys running, and along with her husband, has competed in numerous distance races.
Dr. Julianna Womble
Dr. Julianna Womble attended East Carolina University for her undergraduate and medical degree. She then moved to Charleston where she completed her Pediatric Primary Care Residency at MUSC. In her free time. Dr. Womble loves to be outdoors, at the beach, going for walks, gardening, and playing tennis and pickleball.

Sarah Bertram grew up in North Carolina and attended Davidson College where she received her B.S. in biology. After spending time in Zambia, she attended the University of Kentucky’s accelerated BSN program.
Emily Calamann, CPNP
Emily Calaman was born and raised in New Jersey. She first attended Bucknell University in Pennsylvania where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Sociology. She went on to complete the accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at MUSC.
Katie Ellis, DNP, APRN, CPNP
Katie Ellis grew up in Charlotte, NC. She attended Georgia Southern University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
While working as a registered nurse, she earned a Doctorate of Pediatric Nursing Practice at the Medical University of South Carolina. She is certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board and is a member of the NAPNAP.
Kristen Garrett, CPNP-C
Kristen Garrett grew up in a small town in Maryland on the Chesapeake Bay. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Virginia University and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. For approximately ten years as a registered nurse, Kristen worked in several Neonatal Intensive Care Units across the country.
Brooke Hamilton, DNP, CPNP
Brooke Hamilton grew up in Winston-Salem, NC. She attended UNC-Chapel Hill for her undergraduate degree prior to joining the field of nursing.
She relocated to Charleston, SC and completed her BSN at the Medical University of South Carolina.
Brandy Harris, APRN
Brandy Harris was born and raised in the small town of Aiken, SC. She attended College of Charleston for her undergraduate studies and then earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the Medical University of South Carolina.

Kelsie Helton was born and raised in Conway, South Carolina. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the College of Charleston and then earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina.

Kristen Jett was born and raised in Louisiana. She attended Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana where she earned her Bachelorette of Science in Nursing. She worked over 10 years as an ER nurse, including some travel nursing to California and Texas.

Sharon Kelly-Brown attended University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for undergraduate studies. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina. Sharon is certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board.

Heather was born in Anchorage, Alaska, but grew up in Summerville, SC. She received her Bachelor's and Master's of Science in Nursing from MUSC. After graduation, she worked for 3 years in Hollywood, SC in rural pediatric healthcare before moving to Phoenix, AZ.
Rachel McDowell, PNP
Rachel McDowell grew up in Charlotte, NC. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Clemson University and a Master of Science in Nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina.
Brynne McHale, PNP
Brynne graduated from Clemson University with Baccalaureate of Nursing. She
furthered her education at The Medical University of South Carolina where she received
her Master’s in Science of Nursing, Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
Joan Tufts, BSN, MSN, CPNP
Joan Tufts graduated from the Medical College of Pennsylvania. She received her MSN from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and there certified as a PNP. She has practiced across several states during her journey with her husband, Adam, who is now retired from the United States Air Force. Joan brings a variety of experience with her. She has practiced in pediatrics, oncology, infectious disease, medical surgical and as a school nurse.

Elizabeth “Liz” Meadows attended Radford University where she received her Masters of Social Work. She has been practicing for twelve years with children and families. Additionally, she has training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
Liz and her family relocated from Virginia to South Carolina. In her free time she loves being outdoors, listening to music, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
Tiffany McBride, LISW
Tiffany is an independently licensed Social Worker in Clinical Practice. She has had the privilege of working with children and family since 2007. She attended the University of Toledo where she received her Master’s in Social Work in 2014. Tiffany held an expert position in Multisystemic Therapy which focused on the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support families in driving long lasting changes within their relationships, their homes, and their community.
