Televists are offered for illness consultations, med management and follow-ups, and counseling. Patients must be present on the video call, and physically located in the state of South Carolina to conduct a televisit appointment. You will be asked to reschedule your appointment if the above conditions are not met.

*Please note that certain medical conditions cannot be fully evaluated and/or treated via telemedicine without additional diagnostic testing, such as lab work. If lab services are not available at a Sweetgrass Pediatrics office at the time of your visit, you may be referred to an external laboratory or urgent care facility to complete the necessary testing.
