    As soon as your baby is born, fill out our secure online new patient registration form. This form must be completed as a first step, and allows our team to create your baby’s record in advance of making an appointment to guarentee a smooth start.

    Schedule Baby's Newborn Visit

    Once your registration has been accepted, you will receive a text confirmation from our team with instructions for appointment scheduling. Newborns are typically seen within 48–72 hours after hospital discharge, so we make it a priority to get you on the schedule right away.

    Meet Your Baby's Pediatrician

    At your baby’s first visit, you’ll meet your provider and begin building a trusted relationship for your child’s care. We’ll review your baby’s health and answer questions. Bringing any hospital discharge paperwork any feeding details helps ensure a smooth transition!
