Downloading The Healow App
Downloading and using the patient portal app is easier than ever. Once you contact our office to get set up, you’ll have the convenience of your child’s care right at your fingertips.
- Download the App
Search “healow” in the App Store or Google Play and install the app (black icon with teal “h”) - Enter Patient Details
Open the app and enter your child’s name and date of birth - Find Your Practice
Enter practice code BDIEAA for Sweetgrass, and continue - Log In
Use your existing portal username and password to sign in - Set Up & Manage
Enable Face ID or a PIN for easy access, and add siblings using the “Link Profile” option
