Emily Jenkins earned her undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University and later completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Medical University of South Carolina. She went on to receive her pediatric nurse practitioner training and pediatric mental health specialization from Duke University School of Nursing.
Emily spent 11 years working as a registered nurse at MUSC before becoming a pediatric nurse practitioner. She is passionate about patient education and integrating mental health into primary care.
In her free time, Emily enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her cats, and painting.
