She has experience in rural and primary care pediatrics, as well as school-based and international settings. She lives with her husband and two children and enjoys reading, travel, and staying connected with friends worldwide.

Heather Lane earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina and later completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Arizona State University.
Heather began her career in rural pediatric healthcare in South Carolina before spending eight years in Phoenix working in primary care pediatrics. She later returned to Charleston to continue caring for pediatric patients and has also worked in school-based health settings and international education environments.
Heather and her husband, Raymond, have two children, Jacob and London. She enjoys reading, traveling, and staying connected with friends around the world.
